My name is Rachel. I was originally from Scargill in North Canterbury and moved to the West Coast for 2 years and have now been here 22! Yes the weather does get very annoying but when you get a good day it is an awesome place to be.
I am a Deputy Principal and teach year 7/8 students. I am currently on a journey to finish my Master in Education doing EDEM 628 and 630 while full time teaching. (help).
I have 3 grown up children- a daughter just graduated with a law degree, a son who is a builder and another son who is a professional water skier. I love the outdoors especially Mt biking and water skiing. I can’t wait for all this study to be over as I feel like I am always sitting on my behind at the computer tapping away! I think my bike and ski have forgotten what I look like:(
I have had very little experience with blogging so I have a huge journey ahead of myself….wish me luck:)
